This 2 day course covers an introduction to the philosophy , history, and theory of Reiki, and includes many practical exercises to enable you to gain confidence to use Reiki. Reiki 1 covers 4 attunments and at the end of the course, you will feel the flow of Reiki, and be able to give treatments to family and friends, as well as using it for yourself - for healing and personal development.
When I was attuned to Reiki 1 myself my greatest moments were when I received my first attunment and I saw many colours around me, feeling totally at peace with myself and after having received all attunments I felt as though I went beyond my self-awareness and finding the deepest inner contentment.

All my courses are taught in relaxed friendly atmosphere in small groups of no more than 6 students. I also encourage attendees to each bring a vegetarian dish for lunch to share and I provide refreshments.
This course is a natural progression from Reiki 1 and will guide you to become a powerful and confident healer. Please note there is no "right" time frame for when you are ready to progress to Reiki 2, you and only you can decide.
Reiki 2 enhances Reiki 1 and deepens your experience and connection to the Reiki universal energy. At this stage there is only one further attunement to connect you to the 2nd degree energy, however you will also be taught more symbols and the power these symbols hold for you when you continue practising healing on yourself and others, including animals, plants, inanimate objects and situations. The symbols also allow you to practice distant healing.

At this stage due to other commitments I will only attune students to Reiki 1 and 2. Depending on requests I will, at a later stage, consider Reiki Master students.
